What I've learnt after read material is history of technology, technology has been wrote since 40,000 BC for communication in the form of pictures, paintings and others. And not until then technology is still developing till now, such as education technology is very important role. And I learned about educational technology and I can conclude that technology is not only machine or hardware, it's all about methods, procedures or designs that engage learners in teaching-learning.
And in the use of educational technology we must know and must be smart in using it. because if we are good at using it then we will get positive benefit from it, and if we are not good or misuse it then we will also get loss from it.
So we as students who will be teachers should be able to use it well.
Week 3 CALL, MALL, and LMS
MALL, CALL and LMS are technology that can be used to learning and teaching, making learning easy and can be fun. such as computers and smartphones as a simple learning tool, we can learn to use these tools by ourselves wherever and whenever we want. The tool can help teachers and students in learning effectivively, help teachers to facilitate the language learning process and help teachers to deliver materials to the students, administer tests, other assignments, track student progress, and manage record-keeping. The advantages are we can develop or improve our knowledge and our ability and utilize the existing ones.
But all that remains disadvantages like not everyone can use the technology or have the tool.
So as students or teachers must be able to be creative and can overcome disadavantages of the technology.
Week 4 Impacts of Educational Technology
Using technology in learning process gives many advantages. Many studies have already proven it. The advantages are students more engage, students have more motivation, more confidence, make collaboration, more fun, etc.
One of technology that can be used in learning process is Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL). Some studies proved CALL will be effective for teaching-learning process, because through computer students can learn from visual medias supported of vocabulary acquisition reading comprehension and the use of online communication tools which improve writing skills.
On the other hand, people have to aware for other aspects. Learning with technology isn't only learn with CALL but also there are some aspects have to support, such as internet connection and teachers who have abilities t use the system.
Week 5 Technology for Teaching Vocabulary
Last meeting of presentation from group 1 we learn about English vocabulary by using the application "Learn English With ACO" is that we can learn vocabulary so simple wherever and whenever we want, and with other gains in there we can also learn listening and speaking. But there is a lack of which have to connect with internet and they said that the application is not attractive for young children.
Overall, the application is good to learning English.

Week 6 Technology for Teaching Pronunciation

Week 9 Technology for Teaching Listening
This is my reflection about the last meeting who presented by Acep and friends. They group that used English Teens by British Councial http://learnenhlishteens.britishcouncil.org/ for teaching listening.
The group has presented the website with explained about what is it?, what is it for?, what's the advantages?, what's the disadvantages, etc. This website are suitable for junior and senior high school, because there are so many features that can easy to our learning process, and we can choose the level what we want because there has several level of practice, provide some materials with the exercises and the audio for learning listening. The advantages like we can discuss with friends in around the world and easy to access from our pc or smartphone and also we can download the audio to offline. But there are also disadvantages from website like we have to connect with internet and what's Mrs.Eva said that the website is testing listening not teaching listening and the material is limited.

Last week group 4 presented the application for teaching reading, it's "Prep-GRE® Test". The application is good because there are many features like passages, practice, duration time, can review our performence, and also reminder when we have to read. But the application has some disadvantages like there are no pictures and colorless and also some strange words. It's unsuitable for junior or senior high school students. And for the group 4 has been presenting the application is very kind and could be understood.

Week 12 Technology for Teaching Writing
Last meeting my group introduced applications for teaching writing. This application is more to editing, if we want to write poetry, novels, etc. The applications are practical and helpful, we don't have to edit as ways of writing a poem or something. The application provides an option if we wanted to write a novel or poem that is automatically already in it. It's like the size of the letter and the fonts we could pick it. The app unleash our creativity, you can export the document to several formats (TXT, MD, PDF, DoCX). And yeah, this application is more to editing not to teach writing like how to write a paragraph or some questions that need the answers. But it's really good to people who want to write the text and editing the text. Thank you.
