Technology is being part
of our life, we know that technology can make our life more easy, we can know
about what happenedin around the world just use our smartphone.
So the technology has a
big impact with our life so we have to use it as best as we can, we should use
technology in the good ways.

Week 3 - CALL MALL

MALL use
smartphone for learning and CALL use computer forn learning both of them are
using technology as facility, there are many advantages that we can get from
CALL and MALL, with MALL we can learn everywhere and everytime , and then with
CALL we can make a new teaching learning style.

We are from group 4 will share about our result discussion about last
meeting.
As we know that
technology plays an important role in today’s human society development.
Technology and English language education are related to each other (Singhal,
1997). It means we should use technology in language learning process. We can
use any different approaches and techniques which can assist English language
students to improve their learning skills. Such as for listening we can use
computer as education tools, listen to tv, cd players or tape recorder. And for
reading we can use computer, use any multimedia software, and so on. For
speaking we can use internet voice chatting and for writing we can use internet
text chatting or writing email. So many various of technology and application
that support us to be used for education. For doing such tasks, they are in
need of using various tools which can help them learn the language easily and
effectively.

What I have got is how apps can use for learning in the class
activity but how to choose the right apps is crusial, because ACO wasn`t
appropriate for student in the class activity I think, it`s good app there`re
many features on it, this usefull app but can`t use for the class activity.

What I
have got was about learning english teen by british council , it`s some web for
learn about listening and reading, and it`s appropriate for junior and senior
high school student, it`s good web, learn in this web is simple, and it`s can
use for classroom actvity. With provide level we can choose what the level we
want , the level from A until C. But we need internet connection for use it.

Week 9 – Reading (Line)
our group presented an
app for reading that is Reading Comp. Prep – GRE test. This app is usefull for
who want to inrease their reading comperhansion. This apps can used for high
school student, there are interesting features such as the duration of reading
, question , adn reminder.

Last meeting
the last group delivered jotterpad application, application that makes easy
when we wanna write or create novels, lyric, poem, essay, draft or etc. This
app is usefull for who has hobby in writting, altough I think this app is
similiar with Mc word
